KCELT 153 Computer Classroom
Have you attended one of our Second Life tours, but chose to watch it on the big screen instead of exploring with your avatar? This week at “Second Life and Lunch” we will visit a place called “Greenies.” This will be a fun place to practice Getting Around and Using Your Camera Controls. This is an inspiring sim that shows the possibilities of what can be built in this new medium.
We'll be using group voice chat, so feel free to log in from a remote location to attend the meeting. A teleport will be sent to our starting location the day of the meeting. If you plan to come to the KCELT center, computers are limited--so please sign up on the KCELT Web site, but you don't have to be signed up for Second Life to attend. As always, feel free to stop by and watch the presentation on the big screen. Bring your lunch, bring your sign-in information (including your password) and bring a friend. See you Friday!
